A nineteenth century pearlware figure of Diana The Huntress, possibly
from the pottery of talented modeler Enoch Wood, English, circa 1800. This piece is crafted useing press molding with hand
modeled details added. The result is a sharply detailed object with crisp features. The many colored glazes finish this

taking snuff. These figures were produced to compete with English Staffordshire and this example is of very high quality.

A remarkable redware flask in the form of a woman wearing a long gown
with a very open ruffled bodice that leaves little to the imagination. Folksy, somewhat risque and definitely unique, this
unusual figure is difficult to date or place but is probably late eighteenth or early nineteenth century and is either Continental
or from the American south where it was part of a collection. An amazing suvivor with only two or three minor chips. Price: $1,900.00 WAS $2,400.00
